Free delivery within Hong Kong & Macau upon order over HK$400.

HK$30 delivery charge for the transaction below HK$400.

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. Due to the current COVID19 situation, we may, on occasion have limited delivery slots to dispatch your order(s) and seek your kind understanding should there be a slight delay in your order(s). We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.


For the returned Product(s), once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will process the refund of the actual amount paid by you and received by us for the Product(s) within 14 working days after we receive the returned Product(s).  However, we have the right to only partially refund you the amount if your returned Product(s) were bought together with other Product(s) that entitle you to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers;

The time of receipt of the refund depends on different refund methods. The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up 10-15 working days.

If the return does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the Product(s) to you at your cost.
